questioner (chp. 3) 2/3
how would the animals even farm on four legs and/or with wings?
who does squealer represent?
was the fact that the rich/poor is the same animal a coincidence?
summarizer (chp. 4) 9/3
this chapter was about the battle of cowshed, which was when the animals were ambushed by mr. jones and two other farmers. snowball took charge, since he had anticipated this and made preparations. the animals attacked and drove out the farmers, resulting in some casualties, but they honored them in the end.
predictor (chp. 5) 16/3
I predict the animals will go onto Napoleon’s side because he will take both credit for the mill and for the food idea.
I predict Snowball will try to get in touch with the animals and explain what Napoleon is doing.
I predict the animals will try to revolt against Napoleon after a while.
clarifier/allegory (chp. 6) 23/3
the humans who were doubting the animals abilities were like the neighboring countries that were doubting the power of the russians after the revolution.
